Current Assignment: a life sciences company – organisation design in support of an ERP implementation and following several acquisitions. The focus is on UK, USA and China.

Recent Assignment: Hitachi Data Systems – supporting a multi-country acquisition. I completed the HR due diligence and the deal was closed successfully. Then managed the HR workstream for a large outsourcing bid which was won – employees in several countries were transferred.

Recent Assignment: Integration of Vodafone’s acquisitions of Cable and Wireless and Quickcomm across 12 countries.

Recent Assignment: Strategic HR Business Partner, Sony Professional.

Bob’s specialism is the HR leadership of change, whether it’s restructuring, re-sizing, acquisition, cost reduction or realigning to market and technological change. He can also develop policy, provide coaching or lead an entire HR team.
